I have seen some players with ratings grown after reaching maturity age (for ex- a player grows +6 ovr at age 27, when maturity age was 23). How to train a player like that?

Hello,

I know that some managers trained their players with collective sessions only, during the stage of progression. They accumulate XP points and use it (with individual training), when the player has no more margin of progression.

It's a way to fully optimize the tiredness.
Some suspects that the game take into account the overall rating to stop the progression of a player. By acting this way, they try to have an overall rating > of the potential.
But this is just a supposition, I never verify that.

Hi,

When you say that his overall rating increased, I assume you don't think stat(s) increased by 6 in a season, but his rating. Maybe he changed position or individual instruction which resulted in higher rating or he got completely trained in new position.

Players keep on improving slowly after reaching maturity and you can increase the endurance of all non-injured players in squad by one at the start of the season (event), and they usually don't start declining until at least 31 (depends on player's progression), so they'll get a bit better.

I don't train players to reach their potential in terms of overall rating, but I don't think that there is a correlation between current overall rating and player's growth / development.

Hello.
Can daily training alone make a player reach his potential?
