Hii you have to have a higher academy. Those 40 potential players are actually 70+ but because your academy is low level you wouldn’t see it like that. People with level 10 will see 70.
If he is signed to your team it doesn’t mean he’ll eventually reach 70. Your academy will limit his potential.
