In the middle of scouting for my cdf, I've set my sights on the friendly island of Guam. Located in the heart of the east-south-east Pacific, its coconut palms and native population have a fantastic effect on my junior recruiter, who I've never seen so happy (and tanned).

Unfortunately, I've noticed that there is no national federation. It's true that the island is administered by the United States, but it's a shame that future stars can't aspire to play under the colours of their homeland, or even those of the USA.

I hope that a federation can be created in the future, and I'm calling on the highest authorities in football to start diplomatic discussions on the subject. I also have excellent contacts with some of the best lawyers on the island, which should prove useful in future negotiations on the statutes relating to such a request.

When a federation is created, there is a "mini-list" of federations that have not been created/deleted but are still available.

You have to wait to create a federation, if one has already been created, ... 7 days or 48 hours, I can't remember.

Yes, you will be elected on 16 April

Voting began 4 hours ago and ends on 16 April.
On that date, you will become president of the federation and will be able to manage it as you see fit (while respecting the rules of the game).
