Lot of people speak French on this forum and the auto translation isn’t always working. But I also can’t copy the text to translate. I would like a solution because the forum is one of the most needed function to communicate.

The game was created by a Frenchman, so for historical reasons, the vast majority of the French-speaking manager community is French-speaking.

Machine translation is handled by DeepL; the API used has a daily character limit.
So, since it was introduced, based on my own observations:

• messages posted during the day aren’t necessarily translated (just a line or two), as the daily limit has been reached,
• messages that are really too long are never translated in full (there must be a limit per message as well?)
  The translations could sometimes be improved, but the introduction of machine translation has been a major step forward for non-French speakers.

When you say that copying and pasting to translate outside the game isn’t possible, you’re referring to using the app.
You can use a computer or a PC to log into the game…
Alternatively, if you’re using your smartphone, open the game in your browser and go to the options to enable ‘desktop mode’ for the Virtuafoot website. You’ll need to zoom in, but at least you’ll be able to copy and paste into a translator of your choice.
