In light of recent events, I propose a review of the rules and regulations section of VF.

Firstly, the penalty scales are inappropriate. For an insult, you could be fined anywhere from 3M to 69M.
Someone with a low bank balance can afford to stir up trouble in certain threads without much risk to their bank account.

Furthermore, sanctions have been imposed without any provision for them in the rules. Transfers have been cancelled without this being covered by the rules. (I’m not here to discuss this particular case. I’ve had lengthy discussions on the subject with Nicularo and Aymeric).

To prevent sanctions from being illogical, I think the rules should no longer specify the sanctions.

The admins would have greater leeway and would not be forced to circumvent the rules in order to impose sanctions.

Hi Estac, first of all, thank you for raising this topic, which is very relevant given the current circumstances. This is something we’re currently discussing with the admins. We’re planning to make changes in several areas, and these will be announced shortly.
Any suggestions, such as the one you’ve just made, are welcome. After all, whilst we’re responsible for enforcing the rules, it makes sense that users should be able to contribute ideas to help improve them.
