After discussing this with a fellow manager, I discovered something surprising about the detection module: it cannot detect DLs; you must go via the RJ. Wouldn’t it be an improvement to be able to detect DLs, thereby encouraging their formation and, consequently, their use in tactics and team line-ups?

It seems to me that ever since the detection module was introduced, the DLG, DLC and DLD roles have been absent.

We’re well aware that sweeper roles have been out of fashion for a very long time, but as VF is a world of its own, these are very useful roles from a tactical point of view ^^
