I'd like to suggest an improvement to the cartel system. At the moment, agreement rankings are an excellent way of highlighting the collective activity of an agreement, but in the end, apart from the satisfaction of being well placed, there's no real concrete reward.
So the idea would be to introduce a system of bonuses awarded to the top three teams in the standings. Like what we have in the championships (end-of-season bonuses).

I think it would be a great way of giving more value to the rankings and above all more motivation for the members. Because today, being in the top is cool, but it's only symbolic. With a real reward, however small, it would change everything... Managers would feel even more involved and would want to push their agreement. Of course, the idea is not to give huge bonuses that would upset the balance, but rather reasonable rewards that would encourage them to play even more collectively.
All in all, it would be a simple little innovation to put in place, but one that would bring something new and interesting to the agreements.

In div 1 it's often the same teams that finish 1st in d2 it's often the reserves of the big teams that finish 1st.
I would be more in favour of paying a bonus such as TV rights to all the teams depending on the ranking, which would not only benefit the top 3 and would help the teams to pay the ie.

If a cartel won 100 ie, that would represent 25 million. Of course, 100 ie sounds complicated ...

But for an agreement that has a very good season and wins 50 ie, that's already 12.5 million.

So there is already a form of results bonus for the agreements.
