The matches are not arranged, the term is clearly pejorative and can imply cheating/arrangements in the results. I warned (well in advance and with a reminder at the beginning of the evening) the list of Federations on the CP side by PM to avoid any worries in the organisation of this competition, because the CP carries out an internal (unofficial) competition in mini-championship format (with some programming failures already, the vagaries unfortunately), under the superb organisation of Magik' (thanks to him), with matches played fully without any cheating or desire to favour certain Federations.
