The PUBLIC vote will count for 50% of the total votes, the other 50% will be cast by a neutral JURY made up of several emblematic members of VF who have been chosen by the President of this year's Jury.
You are entitled to vote once in each category,
4 points for the most deserving of the Oscar, to 1 point for the least deserving of the 4.
