For almost 2 months now, my junior recruiter has been bringing back nothing but "low potentials", never more than 75. Am I the only one affected? Is this logical with a CDF 10 and a recruiter 80?

Given that the CDF is probably the most interesting investment for making a bit of cash, is this a desire to restrict potential even further?

I've probably missed a few exchanges on this subject.

I've got an ea90 and I've only got 64 potential.

In fact I'm a bit annoyed. I'm short of players in the cdf, it would have been nice to learn that the potential of players linked to the scout had dropped...

A but I do... I even have the majority of players detected. Hence my questioning, and obviously I'm not the only one!

I'm not saying otherwise, it's become rare to get a good young person from a recruiter 😅

On average, there are around 2 young people at 80 (or more, ....) per page of 25 players.

So at the current rate, you have roughly one good young player every 12 weeks, or roughly 1 young player every 2 seasons (excluding detection).
This is clearly not enough to ensure the renewal of the generations (at the level of the current older players).

But everyone's in the same boat.

The game is based on competition between clubs, so if tomorrow morning the current recruitment parameters are relaxed, it will be the same for everyone. We'll find it easier to recruit good young players, but so will our competitors, so in the end it won't change much.

2 months is still enough, in 1 and a half years he's only brought me a 78 at the most, fortunately detections and the U17 tournament exist otherwise my cdf would be abandoned 😅

Just the same, every time the recruiter comes back ... and I see that he's brought me back another 95-year-old, given his potty and .... sometimes without even a walker.... I've got into the habit of bringing out my little video to mark the occasion... but yes! you know! the one with the trumpets during a botched joke in a B series: "poin poin poinnnnnnn" at least it allows me to take the thing with a smile and without remembering all the millions up in cdf that I've invested in it for .... (well for that among other reasons) xD

I've dubbed this technique the "anti RJ trumpet attack".
