In short, the evidence concerns the following players:

P. Gaxa Jr

Flaw used: Massive use of loans to run two matches a day and probably some events in addition.

I'm also looking into a historical case, a good friend of mine :)
And here I'm wondering how it can be authorised, it's been so close to abuse for years.
