To be more precise, a draw is worth half your opponent's VF level in points. In this case, he was level 2, so 1 point for a draw.

LBS: Pour être plus précis, un match nul rapporte en points la moitié du niveau VF de ton adversaire. Là il était niveau 2 donc 1 point pour le nul.

Rounded down to the nearest whole number, that's 1 point also for a draw in a friendly against any manager with a rating of 3 or more.
