I'm writing to you to clarify the situation in a transparent and calm manner:

• I am familiar with how the blind works, and I use it regularly and in good faith.
• I am not in a position to determine whether this is legitimate or not.
• I have never deliberately triggered the mechanism in question.
• I have not taken any intentional advantage: the process seems random and beyond my control.
• I know neither the conditions under which the mechanism was activated, nor the profiles of the players concerned.
• Over 70 players have been put up for sale in this way: it would make no sense for me to have acted deliberately in this context.
• This behaviour has already been reported to the administrators, and other members have also shared their concerns.
• If Aymeric made a mistake, it seems unfair to put the blame on the players. As the mechanism is visible and accessible to everyone, no one has taken advantage of a hidden benefit.

As far as I'm concerned, I simply bought a player via the store. If that were to be considered an offence and result in sanctions against me (or others), that would seem profoundly unfair.

I am sincerely affected by this situation. I have the feeling that there is still a desire to punish me despite my irreproachable behaviour for some time now. I fully accept my past mistakes, but I would like to reaffirm that I have not broken any rules.

I would also like to point out that this situation is having a very real impact on my personal and family life, which I am experiencing with great difficulty. All I'm asking is that we approach this matter objectively, without jumping to conclusions about any supposed "bug exploitation".
This is a loaded term, particularly from a legal point of view. As far as I'm concerned, I didn't derive any benefit, conscious or otherwise, from the existence of this mechanism. If certain people persist in attributing fraudulent intent to me, I shall be forced to consider other remedies outside VF.
Finally, I invite anyone who has any evidence or questions on this subject to contact the administrators directly, who are in the best position to assess this situation factually and fairly.

If this really has an impact on your personal and family life, you might want to reconsider your investment in VF. There are more important things.

As for the rest, with your record you can't objectively prevent people from having doubts. It's like with doping in sport. Even if you stayed clean and more discreet about the game. It's human nature, you can't do anything about it, even if it's unfair. If, on top of that, you're really doing things again that are close to the limit...

Anyway, good luck to the admins in making the right decisions, as it's often neither black nor white.

But I think it's time for you to take a step back Jex... that this is weighing on your life and your family and that you're threatening to sue over a game... it's beyond me.
