It's not a bug, it has to finish with at least 5% physics to get exp

Last season, I had a player who finished with 7% fitness, and he got the game, so I'd say more like 5

I could be wrong, but the physique with which he finishes the match has nothing to do with it... but training at less than 16% means that he doesn't take part in training.
