Usually, for players rated between 78 and 80, I offer a contract worth between 200 and 220, and they always accept it...

Or is this a bug?

Unfortunately, another manager has probably offered more.
It’s a game of hidden bidding.
If the junior has several offers, he simply accepts the highest one.

d'habitude pour tous joueur de 78 à 80 je mets un contrat entre 200 et 220 et c'est toujours accepté ...

ou est-ce un Bug ?

If you go to the list of contracts you’d proposed and click on the little green card to the right of the player, you can find out which club he’s ended up at. This will confirm that the player hasn’t disappeared, but simply had a higher bid from a rival.
