it was so broken that i exchanged it at the vfstore
but is it a bug or is the norm to have a 19 year old with +5 endurance and +1.5 advance going to kill the training and is it better at 20 or 21?

If you want to train 21 year olds max, at 22 or over they can leave with the ng = their potential with 0 coef
The exits work in the following idea
At the beginning of the season they have almost no lead
Around j30 they are about 7/8 points ahead
D49+ they are 15 points ahead
