Last season I opened an agreement to bring together French-speaking VF managers living abroad or living in France and being expatriates.
I've also extended it to include my former team-mates who'd been in agreements since 2008 m, the year Gilstars was created.
As I'm on my own, no rules or targets have been set.
So if you find yourself in any of the above situations, don't hesitate to come and knock on my door.

To conclude, I'd like to see some mercenaries who don't sign up for renumeration but to shake things up and create a new quality opponent to the leading teams that have been leading the league for too long.

Kermit: Pour en finir, je souhaite des mercenaires qui ne s'engagent pas pour la renumeration mais pour bousculer l'ordre des choses et faire éclore un nouvel adversaire de qualité aux ententes leaders installées depuis trop longtemps à la tête du championnat.

"Y en a qu'ont essayé, ils ont eu des problèmes".... Once they've reached the glass ceiling in D1, they explode... You can put together a homogeneous and competitive group; after 5 seasons in D1 (because before that, it's easy, we'd say), the guys prefer to go to the 2 or 3 best agreements, seeing the step they have to take... And in a game that's almost like a closed circuit, the result is a foregone conclusion....But good luck.
