When I tried to make a donation to my agreement, I noticed that it says that clubs that have received financial assistance from the VF Store cannot make donations.

I received this financial aid 2 and a half years ago. Is there a statute of limitations?
Is there a time limit or will I be unable to make donations for the rest of my life?

Yes, you can donate to your agreement without any problem. The game automatically blocks donations that cannot be made with the help of the store.
