Example: I have a level 9 training centre, if I hate a young potential 77 and other managers from training centres below or above mine detect the same young person with different potential.

If it shows me that there is no competition then I offer him 100k and for those with CDF10, there is competition there and someone offers him 1M there.

Will he get 2 youngsters? Will I get mine with 77 potential and the managers with CDF10 will get their own youngsters there too?

No, just one young person. If there are higher offers at other levels, he'll go there.

It would be a shame to find out how much the player is wanted and make a bid accordingly.

It would have been nice if the total number of all competitors from all levels of CDF could be added and displayed to everyone. That way we would know how coveted the player is.

This is the case: the number of offers is entered when you make a contract offer.

If there are 4 managers from CDF 10 on the young person and I, CDF 9, want to make the offer, will that show me that there are 4 offers?
