In my training centre, whether it's via detection or via the recruiter's missions, there are no Samoans.
And when you see the Samoan juniors (#search?nations=ws), they're all freelances, so it must be the same for everyone.

On the other hand, in my shop I sell samossas ... if you're ever interested ^^
