A club cannot be deleted while it is still active.
It must have had at least one full season of inactivity or non-connection before being eligible for deletion.

Socrate: Un club ne peut pas être supprimé tant qu’il est encore actif.
Il doit avoir au minimum une saison complète d’inactivité ou de non-connexion avant d’être éligible à la suppression.
