What's wrong with this MDM?
I pick up reds by the bucketload, without playing with any aggression ... the few times I play aggressive, or very aggressive, I never pick up anything, just the occasional yellow. If you play normal, the probability of picking up a card should be very low, shouldn't it? This MDM doesn't work...

Honestly, it comes in cycles, sometimes you go through them one after the other and sometimes it just leaves you. Of course, you don't remember the difficult moments as easily.

Like injuries...

I agree rull, injuries are random... reds shouldn't be so random. I finished the 20' of my match in very aggressive, very offensive mode and I didn't even make a foul.
So you play normal, you get a red, you switch to very aggressive, you don't even make a foul... Several IE games in a row where it's the same thing. I'm a bit fed up.

I'm in the same situation as you, except that I've been able to relax since I started playing in normal mode. I hope it stays that way 😅. VF remains an enigma that we'll never find...
