I would like to know if an agreement (of which only 1 member is treasurer, director, selector etc...) can not respect its commitments; in particular on what it posts on the agreement wall (bonus rules ie etc...)?
I think that there is a fairly substantial abuse of the LPA agreement and that the sole manager takes newcomers for granted and disgusts them from the game...
If anyone knows please let me know and I'll let an admin know if it's punishable!

You're not the first person to complain about this agreement, I assure you, but the admins have nothing to reproach him for, he just has 3 or 4 agreements that only he manages.

Basically, you're asking if there's a rule governing inter-agreement agreements? Who better than an admin to answer you... On the other hand, as far as I know, there's nothing established on the subject ... Your post might have been better placed in the "improvement project" section.
If it's true that the guy disgusts newcomers, it's still a pain, given that the number of players on vf is tending to fall... So, what can I say? Too bad?

The management of agreements is entirely at the discretion of the president and his treasurer, selector and moderator.
The administrators do not and will not intervene in intra-agreement disputes.

Has your agreement failed you? Take note for next season and find one that will be more honest.
With attitudes like that, the agreement is shooting itself in the foot, that's all.
