Either you have two squads and that's fine, or you only have one and you sacrifice a match or two during the season. It's not Aymeric I'm targeting, it's those who are putting him under enormous pressure because they're not capable of managing things. And I sincerely believe that what gets him most worked up are those who complain about everything all the time. Some people have had to make choices when, in the end, they could have done without. We always come back to the same point: communication. A simple word of explanation would probably have calmed things down...
