You have a federation, you fight to get through the group stages, you build up your squad and suddenly you're no longer president of your federation, and all your work falls by the wayside. I don't understand why an election should be held in the middle of the season.

Aymeric, can't you change this so that it falls at the end of the season? Because then a whole project falls through because of an election in the middle of the season!

All your comments on the federations :

• multiple mandates,
• flaws in the management of one federation by another,
• making changes of president coincide with the start of the season,
