Hello. Please this player has spent only 30+ days in the youth academy but his progress is at 80%
My players don’t progress that fast how do I achieve this please?
I play futsal tournaments regularly yet he dosen’t progress quickly.

Nothing abnormal, he'll be at 100% in about 40 days, but that can happen.

Futsal tournaments also help you make progress.

I think that not all players progress at the same rate. I had three new players come in via detection at the start of the season and have played the same amounts of matches and (I think) played in same youth tournaments, they are on different progression (~40, ~44 and ~48%).

And it's true that not all players progress at the same rate.
