Today scout had found player with 61 potential (youth academy level 10, scout level 81), so I was wondering what are highest and lowest potentials by academy level. I can't complain, I had so many youths with potential close to or over 80, highest being 86 (twice), but can't remember youngster with potential less than 66 since upgrading academy to level 10.

I guess that the lowest possible potential would be roughly the same as in detection, but probability of finding someone with potential that low must be close to 0.
