A 79 at lvl10 corresponds to a 75/76 for level 9.
It would be more like 78 if it still existed for detection.

I maintain that a 68 at level 8 gives 71 at level 9 and 74 at level 10. ^^

You can find 78s and 79s again at level 9, I've detected one of each this season.
