Is this a carrot not based on match stats, but ratings (not the outcome, but expected goals for them) for my opponent?

0 expected goals when his attack was almost 6 times higher rated than my defense at the start of the match (and the difference decreased as the match went on mostly because of fitness, but not that fast or by that much) is a bit odd (possession definitely plays a part, but I'd conceded with higher possession stat in the past).

Afterwards, we all go through this and think that victory is going to be easy, but it's not. There's bound to be a catch-up, that's for sure. We've all been there. You can't score for 5 games when you should logically win them 3a0 but no, you draw or lose and in 1 game you score 7 when the XP is 1 or 2, but you have to deal with it. When you're used to it, it doesn't shock you any more.

Ritter: Après on passe tous Par la on croit que la victoire va être facile mais non . Il a forcément y avoir un rattrapage c est sur . On n'a tous connu ça. Tu arrives pas a marquer pendant 5 matchs alors que tu devrais les gagné logiquement 3a0 mais non tu fais match nul ou tu perds et sur 1 match tu en mais 7 alors que le XP et de 1 ou 2 va comprendre mais bon il faut faire avec. Quand tu a l habitudes ça ne te choque plus.

Don't rack your brains trying to come up with a strategy to trap your opponents or a style to score more goals. When the MoM decides you have to lose, you're going to lose. Even when it makes no sense or when you should be winning or competing.
