Please make the game more realistic by adding transfer windows within a season calender, and also allow us to buy juniors players in normal transfer market and to train them either in youth academy infrastructure or senior squad.

If you do that, the game could become really annoying the rest of the season.

The transfers are already pretty dead, so if we add windows, doors and gangways it's going to decay even more

A little idea halfway between the transfer period and the proposal to abolish taxes.

Why not have transfer periods (1st week, league break and the last few days of the season)?
Or all transfers would be tax-free, which would boost trading during these periods while leaving the possibility of buying/selling outside these slots with the usual taxes.

And with the same idea of boosting transfers, multiplying affinity gains during a few pre-season days?
