A Div 1 team will be leaving the championship. Will there be one less team down, or will a Div 2 team finishing second be promoted to Div 1?

Why not introduce a play-off between the second-bottom team in Division 1 and the runner-up in Division 2?

I don't understand these changes in game behaviour depending on the case...

The same thing happened in the Loire region... the 7th-placed team in D1 went down, although I imagine they were thinking of staying up, because we had two clubs in D1 who were leaving the championship.

It seems to me that the best 2nd place in the lower groups went up if a place was vacant!
