Once a day for the first few days, you'll receive recommendations from your staff on how to recruit 40-50 level players at low cost to improve your squad.
You'll also receive offers to buy certain players with a grade below 20 for 2 million. Please note that these offers are not permanent and do not reflect the reality of the market; they are just a financial boost.

That's where you'll find the best deals, but a word of advice: don't spend your money indiscriminately on your squad, because you'll also have to look after the club's infrastructure.
