13/10/2024Hi 🤝
Does anyone know why the staff market is limited to 1 million? Honestly I find it really average I had some interesting positions where I had to make room that I had to sell 1 million ... This is one of the biggest inconsistencies of the game ... At least put to 10 million especially that it is by level it is normal that the very good staffs of level 10 can sell a little more expensive ... and why not put there a journal of transfers staffs

13/10/2024At the time, I paid 10 million to do a training course with a 1pt skill gain. Do you see the inconsistency? Because if you want to sell it afterwards, you still lose a lot of money... The market is standardised, so we need to create a tier system to regulate it... Besides, I have the impression that the influence of ea on a player's progress is marginal, so we need to increase the impact of ea on players' progress..avoir le top a un niveau 90 ou + qui forcément se vendrerait super cher ..L'idée d'un joueur voir un ea de top niveau qui puisse compenser le retard de progression d'un joueur serait vraiment pas mal non plus et un gros plus pour les formateurs...
We have too many similar teams in the game and by putting the ea back at the heart of the game you create competitive gaps and that's not the case at the moment...

13/10/2024Yes and no, look at the 80 ng at 1 M, they are between 58 and 60 years old, you don't do much with them, I've even seen a 61 year old.
If you charge more, some people are going to donate money like that and that's going to be a hell of a lot of extra work to keep an eye on

13/10/2024You just set up a staff transfer log like you do for players or you set up tiers.
There are 85+ or even 90 in skill on the game and some have paid no less than 100m for it ..so the bridé a 1m ya un peu un soucis

13/10/2024After spending 100 million on that, when the difference between 80 and 90 is practically nil... The club that did it had money to lose.

13/10/2024Personally, I don't know it, I haven't done any training for a long time, but if what you're saying is true, it's problematic... Logically, the percentage gains between a skill at 80 and another at 90 should be significant... and what's the point of paying to gain in skill? This is one part of the game where I think Aymeric still has some work to do

13/10/2024On paper I agree with you. That's been true for a number of years now. In my opinion, the price is designed precisely so that you can make the most of it, but only if you can afford it. It's not something you're going to make a profit on.

13/10/2024Good idea, I think that in any case there is a reform to be done on the staff which has too little impact on the club's performance (in any position) now it would be nice to be able to buy or sell a little more than 1million and at the same time improve the transfer log to help the admins in case of cheating (reporting).
I recently bought a 90 for 1m and I thought I was very lucky. When you tell yourself that, it's because there's a problem in the market.

13/10/2024After that, I really think there's something to be done with 80++ staff...
For example

13/10/2024After that, it's a good thing some of them suck, because it doesn't really make you want to hire them ^^....
