I have just proposed that you develop the Cdf in more depth.
First of all, why not open a youth market in the training center, it would allow to resell young people that we won't take out for x or y reason but also to create a market (because I think this market will work strongly). It would also allow the club to fill its training center by buying young people who would be present on a list. We can imagine at first, that clubs cannot buy directly in the centers but only young people that the clubs would put on the list.

Secondly, create a second market but on young people detect. We would put for sale the contact details of young people detect. For example, today, many managers don't take 77/78 pot because 80 is more interesting:p But some would like to have these potentials.
It would create 2 markets to revitalize this center, which for me today is too automated.

The idea is rather interesting but:

• How do you set a price without knowing the NG/Curve/Stats of the player?

• How to regulate this, knowing that at the moment it's complicated to do it with "pro" players?

If clubs abandon training, we might as well make it accessible to free agents rather than erase them? With pot limits depending on the level.

My few cents:

First of all, selling information on young players detected is a big no for me. In my opinion if there is any market for non senior players, it would be one and you could sell only players that are in your academy (not the ones you detected or even offered a contract - sell them only if they sign for you). Maybe even sell only players who reached 100% training to avoid managers trying to profit a lot from these transfers.
If there is going to be a market, versatile players (multiple positions) should come in play when determining price.

I'm more in favor of the status quo for now or having a "released players pool", so if a player is released from academy and is not too old (maybe limit to 21/22 ?) could go there and if he's not signed after one season he gets removed from the game. Regarding potential, I think of two possibilities, either he's visible to youth academies of level high enough to find those players or players' potential is scaled down according to the level of youth academy of team searching for these players.
