The idea I had suggested was to use it in the form of thumbnails, in "step-by-step" mode (step by step for non-bilinguals). It made the beginner navigate through the tabs, with light information each time. A bit like a basic tutorial, a video game. And if the user wanted more info, the "advanced" manual did the job.
For your specific case, I remember that the approach to the Transfers had a sentence like "don't rush too much, you have time, ask for advice if necessary". A bit like the choice of agreements (because as soon as you register, you have a good dozen messages, either for agreements that recruit aggressively, or for low-level mentoring.

Anyway, the tutorial is ready, and delivered. All that was left was for Aymeric to get it into shape. I don't have any more info. Besides, I didn't even get the slightest "thank you" by message for the first one, I must admit that I had a bad time about it...
