I think it would be nice to add a characteristic to the players: the degree of sociability or affinity. This would allow to boost or slow down the integration into a club with its new partners. What do you think?

Players would be given a rating out of 10. A player with 10/10 would take 20 games to have maximum affinity with the players in his own line while a less well-endowed player with 1/10 would have to play 42.

It would make the transfer market, the recruitment of young players more complex and bring a little more depth to the game.
