Hello to the whole community,

I’d like to use this post to set the record straight. I’ve seen quite a lot of things circulating since Saturday on the Vforum and on Discord. In particular, there have been allegations of possible cheating in the CP.

First of all, my alliance had nothing to do with it. Nobody knew about my CDF 13. The members only found out on Saturday morning when David59 raised the issue.
I’ve had virtually no contact with the alliance. I simply announced my return via private message on VF to a few of the alliance’s senior members, and we didn’t even discuss the support I was entitled to or my CDF.
I only returned to the guild’s Discord last Saturday afternoon, and that’s when I spoke to members.
So no, the CP had nothing to do with it and there was no cheating via the guild.

Next, for those who thought I was too naive to have a level 13 academy and not have said anything. The explanation is that when I first logged in, I received an email with daily bonuses. I simply took what the game gave me. When I first upgraded my training centre by +1, I saw that another club was also at level 11. I didn’t look any further at the time, thinking that was normal.

Why didn’t I stop training all the players who’d been scouted? Because I was waiting for a response from the MDJ. I contacted him personally when I learnt that the admins couldn’t access the training centre.
Aymeric has now deducted 7 from each player’s potential, and I was right to wait – otherwise I’d have ended up with a completely empty youth academy. I’d still spent money and time on scouting, though.

Everything’s back to normal now, and I reckon it was a lot of fuss about nothing. All we needed to do was wait a little while.
I’d like to thank the admin team for their responsiveness and their quick replies to private messages. I’d also like to thank Aymeric for sorting everything out.
