What Brutus is saying is that the young people were not taken away, as announced by Nicularo

Only Aymeric can make changes to the CdF.
He has reset the relevant CdF to 10 and, if he wants to, he’ll either restore the identified players to their true potential or remove them.
Likewise, if he doesn’t want to, we’ll just have to put up with it, lads.
