If I have an impact of +46 with players in the centre, will there be the same impact if I play in the centre as on the wings? Or will my attacks be more effective if I play in the centre? or conversely, will I have a positive impact on the sides and play attack in the centre?

The impact linked to playing styles applies to the whole of the associated sector without distinction of axis or sides.
It's a fixed value and there's no loss of impact whether you attack from the right, left or centre.

If I'm not mistaken, 50% of the impact is on the axis and 25% on each side.
