I just got my first TV Channel and im very confused on how it works, pls help me

You can take on up to 3 sponsors each week.
I'd advise you to take on only one, as this will significantly reduce the audience.
The amount of sponsorship depends on the TV channel's audience.
To increase the audience, you need to buy TV rights to matches and/or interviews.
The levels are like the capacity of the stadium, you have to increase the levels each time it's full ... otherwise there's no point.

The TV channel isn't a priority for a club just starting out; it's very, very, very expensive to develop.
It's better to focus on developing other infrastructures first.
