I've been working nights for 15 days, from 2pm to 10pm. I manage my important matches via smartphone and I've never taken so many strange matches in 15 days.

the strange thing is that I put more chances to the opponent but or opponent plants 2 affiler see 3 affiler or a goal comes out of nowhere and the next day aligns my young team in any way and I put 5-0 without managing the match

so after 2 weeks I'm wondering whether we're still managing our matches via this mdm, whether there's a bug in the mdm or a random percentage that's too high

open this little debate to get your opinions and see if other manage think like me or have the same kind of crazy match often enough in 1 season

Scripted seasons ... What you shouldn't read ... You're going a long way towards conspiracy. Like the game works differently, just for your team, just for one season ...

The mdm is the same for everyone, at the start of every match.

Personally, I'm sorry that some managers are complaining about the mdm when everyone is in the same boat. We've all lost 'easy' games and won improbable ones. Some people just find it hard to accept defeat, and maybe a breath of fresh air and a few good friends would help them to take a step back and put things into perspective.

I accept defeat because it makes the victories more palatable 😉

It's just that you're up against a bunch of thumbscrews - it's Virtuafoot and the thumbscrews are likely to get hooked on the game and put money down 😁

Unfortunately, the persecution complex is widespread in this game.
Here's a message to the grumblers on duty: rather than trying to manage your team like Deschamps or Mourinho, manage your team like Einstein or Gauss would have done.

When you're managing your team in a match, you're not playing a football game that's changing from 4-3-3 to 4-5-2. You're simply playing a proba game whose algorithms aren't all that complex to understand when you think about it.

And remember too that when you have a one in 6 chance of rolling a 6 with a die, if you roll a 6 and you throw the die again you don't have a lesser chance of rolling a 6 but still a one in 6 chance, and after rolling a 6 twice you still have a one in 6 chance of rolling a 3rd 6 (I'm assuming that the die isn't loaded).

When you play a match on VF, assuming there's one result out of 10 that's a bit of an aberration (which is, frankly, a perfectly acceptable probability and no worse than in real life), over a season of 56 matches that gives you an average of 5 or 6 aberrant results and probably 40 or 45 normal ones and 5 or 10 lucky ones.
The problem is that you remember the aberrant results much more than the normal ones, but in the end there aren't that many.

And inevitably, all you see on the forum are messages from people complaining and moaning that they've been screwed over, but you'll hardly ever see anyone saying that they've won by a landslide.

I see that everyone likes this mdm and finds it normal, so sorry for the inconvenience to the VfM community.
