Hi, I'm not asking why some people don't train the players they're loaned? I don't see any point in not doing it, it doesn't cost anything, and frankly it's a pain to get back players who are at the same point they were when they were loaned out... It's all very well for me to give a bonus for every point gained, but no, there are always players who come back who haven't trained all season. Some even have their training programme set to 'rest'. What's the point of that? If anyone can explain, I'd love to hear from you.

The idea is that training makes you lose 2-3% of your physique per training session, so that could be the idea. Then there are the 3rd, who don't want to train or want to train badly.
That's the loan game

Then it's simply up to you to lend your player to "reliable" people. You can also cancel the loan if you see that the manager doesn't respect your instructions, which will cost you 1 million.

Training is not something everyone can do properly... That's why clubs that train well are in great demand and can't respond positively to all requests...
For me, as someone who only trains youngsters, it's heartbreaking to have to turn down huge numbers of youngsters, but you have no choice, you have to respect the rules of 6 loans maximum...

After that, a complete overhaul of the game is needed for training.
We should be able to play two matches a day, one for the youngsters and the other for the competition.
Like in a club, you have the youngsters who are developing and the others, which would make it possible to train everyone well and be competitive.

Ideas not developed enough but could be interesting
