La Cosa Nostra is making a grand return to the competitive scene! Champions of the Alliances in seasons 74 and 75, La Cosa is back for the symbolic 150th season and is determined to recapture its former glory!

HISTORY

La Cosa Nostra is one of the oldest and most iconic alliances in VF. Building on its footballing experience, its IS titles and its many seasons in the top flight, it was rewarded for the hard work of its members by winning the Alliance Championship title in seasons 74 and 75!

OUR MOTTO

La Cosa Nostra is much more than just a club; it’s a family!

NEW PROJECT

At the moment, the alliance is just emerging from its long slumber and is looking for new, motivated and active members to breathe new life into it, like a phoenix rising from the ashes! The aim is to ease back into competition gently, in a relaxed way, to get the machine up and running again. To rediscover the joy of playing, discussing our teams, having a bit of friendly rivalry and, why not, gradually building something new!

OBJECTIVE

In the short term:
- Get things moving again with the return of internal competitions within the club, various topics for discussion and the recruitment of new or former members
- Stay in Division 2 and aim for a mid-table finish

Long-term:
- Foster a good atmosphere amongst members: become a family again!
- Aim for promotion to Division 1 and, why not, give the big clubs a run for their money
