However, I’m not quite sure how that would make the market more fluid.
Those who use it will either set an exorbitant price or set the price they would have quoted if the item had been listed for transfer.
What would make the market more fluid is either a reduction or abolition of taxes, or the removal of affinities (which, incidentally, would be a very bad idea).
