You can field players of any age, and roughly one junior every three weeks; that said, at the moment, the 17-year-olds from Day 1 of the season are the furthest ahead in terms of their overall rating. Futsal tournaments earn your juniors training XP.

Ideally, 17 years old on the first day of the season is the ideal age. After that, depending on the player’s age and the stage of the season, you’ll have a few points’ advantage or disadvantage. You can analyse this by going to your ‘CDF Promotion’ tab and viewing the transfers made by other players’ managers in the game.
