What defines a "disguised loan"?
At a pinch, if you have a PM to prove it, but otherwise? Because you can do that for 2-3 seasons, and at the end of it all, you just buy the player back. There's nothing to show that it was a loan.

The only risk is for the lender, because he could be betrayed, and he'd have no one to defend him. The 'receiver' would be in the clear if he decided to keep the player once he'd finished training, because he'd be the legal owner... (although there is a written rule regarding commitments, so you'll have to study it).

It's often said that the big clubs have an advantage and that they have access to shenanigans (which is completely untrue), but in this case, yes, it clearly opens a door. You can put a youngster through 3-4 trusted clubs and lose the source fairly quickly. Good luck proving that it was a disguised loan.

Plus in the old system it wasn't just a problem of taxes but the value of each player was limited so a transfer disguised as a pre would be cancelled if the transfer price didn't match the regulations that was the big problem I think and yet now it's not the case.

myforsans: Il suffit de regarder un peu le journal des transferts pour voir comme le nez au milieu de la figure des transferts totalement loufoques qui se sont pratiqués dès hier au grand jour (et qui auraient été automatiquement sanctionnés la veille).
Il doit surement y en avoir beaucoup car j'ai mis à peine 10 minutes pour en trouver 4.
Bon courage aux admins pour décider de ce qu'il faut faire face à cette dérive qui va submerger le jeu.
