I'm certainly not going to make that many friends but I decided to post.
VF is a game that should, by definition of a game, relax you.
When I read all these comments in the different topics, bug, carrots, injuries, calendar, I wonder what life is like for some. Shit guys open your eyes, read the press, watch the news Tv, listen to the radio. I hope you put as much interest in defending your achievements and convictions IRL as you do on VF, otherwise I think there's a rather worrying role reversal.
Of course, I wouldn't be surprised if you were firing on all cylinders.

But then I think some people might just be fed up with being pinched for everything in their IRL life, so as soon as there's an investment of time and money in the game, it can irritate managers directly, which I also understand.
Yes, it's a game that's basically designed to be fun to play, but when the manager is the 'victim' of an injustice with a bug / mdj or whatever, it just adds to the frustration and adds to the IRL life that you don't want to have in a game, even more so I imagine for those who are paying and who must feel like they're being cheated.

Of course, it's easier to open your mouth and play the proud against VF than it is in real life, facing your boss, the administration or social injustices...

As an IRL CSE cssct elected representative, when you see the number of employees who come to me to complain and report the fact that they are being subjected to things in the field by managers that go against the labour code and companies....
When I ask them to write to me or send me emails to prove their point, or when I ask HR and the director to come and talk to me about their situation.... most people are fine in the best of worlds 😡🤬🤬🤬

You're right, this is a game and everyone should put the importance of things into perspective, because any setback in a game will never be as serious as the level of barbarism or suffering that humans can generate or undergo around the world. I simply think that we are on a game as we are irl, the same human being with his level of intelligence, empathy, egoism or frustration, different from person to person and from day to day too. I was once that frustrated and critical player because I was in a bad mood. Sometimes we lose sight of the fact that we play to relax first and foremost, and I think we're all the same. There are days with and days without, and we don't all react in the same way. And then the French are grumpy people, and we've got that reputation in the South where I live! :) What's more, when we play, it's also a way of giving the adult in us a bit of a rest and handing over the reins to the child we once were, who still lives within us! It's up to each of us to be clear-headed enough to put our own misfortunes into perspective, and not to let our emotions blind us to the point of cheating, insulting others, and so on.
