Halvard Barakat is an experienced Norwegian defensive midfielder, aged 35, playing for E.V.S. He is a new arrival at the club, signed from Standard liege -LHP- on September 11, 2026. He came through the youth ranks at FC¤Girondins -H-. At the age of 21 he truly established himself at the highest level. During season 140 he was a mainstay of the side, appearing in 30 matches. Halvard Barakat has announced that he will retire at the end of the season in which he turns 37.
