Another example outside VF, some games have gift rewards if you watch the game on twitch. There's no other way to get them other than Twitch... It's a commercial strategy to bring in people, nothing more. And if you think ah well they followed something for 2 hours in the evening my last time they had a 17 years, maybe I'll go listen to the next? It might help to popularise these exchange evenings and get feedback that's more representative of what the community thinks?

Simply launch the event between 4:22 and 4:31 on Sunday morning! It works every time
