I have my Moc who does not appear in the potential reconversion although he is trained at the club, there for longer with a better potential than other players who appear ... Du coup je voudrais comprendre ^^'

He is in the federation. Players in the federation can't be converted to staff. You have to turn down selection before you can do that.
